焦山楂稳定性及保质期研究

摘要:根据《中华人民共和国药典2005版》一部规定的饮片稳定性考察项目和要求,根据本品饮片质量标准(草案)及《中华人民共和国药典2005版》一部附录ⅡB药材检定通则项下的有关规定,对焦山楂进行稳定性考察。结论:本品经过18个月的常温留样考察和3个月的加速稳定性考察,在常温留样考察1~12月及加速稳定性的1~2月样品各项检查项目合格。在常温留样考察第十八个月和加速稳定性实验第三个月的样品其鉴别及含量测定项出现不合格,因此将焦山楂的有效期暂定为12月。

Research on stability and shelf life of parched hawthorn
Abstract:According to Yinpian stability requirement and projects of the first part of The People\'s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition, according to the standard (draft) and relevant provisions of the appendix Ⅱ B of the first part of The People\'s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition, we inspected the stability of parched hawthorn. Conclusion: through kept sample common temperature investigation 18 months and accelerated stability test investigation 3 months, at the 1st~12th month of common temperature investigation and the 1st~2nd month of accelerated stability test investigation,the samples are qualified。At the 18th month of common temperature investigation and the 3rd month of accelerated stability test investigation,the samples are not qualified in identify item and determination of content. So the validity of charred hawthorn may tentatively decide for 2 years.
