超细羊毛理化性能研究

摘要:近年来,超细羊毛因具有诸多优良特性使其产品倍受消费者青睐,超细羊毛在我国的应用也呈持续增长的趋势。因此,本文拟对超细羊毛纤维的形态特征、物理机械性能、电化学性能进行测定,并预测其可纺性,为超细羊毛纺织加工工艺制定及其新产品开发提供理论依据。研究结果表明:超细羊毛与普通羊毛相比纵横截面形态相近,但鳞片形状有差异,且其细度较细长度较长,质量比电阻较大,溶解性能与普通羊毛相近,着色性较好。

Study of Properties of the Superfine Wool Fiber
Abstract:In recent years, superfine wool is acclaimed by consumers for its fine characteristics, Application of superfine wool also shows continued growth in China. Therefore, in this paper superfine wool fibers‘ morphology, physical and mechanical properties, electrochemical properties were measured and their spinnability was forecasted, in order to provide the academic basis for the research of superfine wool textile processing technology and the development of new products. The results show that: Superfine wool is similar to ordinary wool in vertical and horizontal cross-section shape, but the flake shapes are different, and its fineness is smaller and its length is longer; the quality resistivity is greater, and solubility is similar to ordinary wool with a better colorability.
