基于OMA时域方法识别的驱动桥模态分析

摘要:时域模态分析方法是目前重要的模态分析方法之一。与频域模态分析相比,其不需要将系统的输入输出信号从时域转换到频域,从而避免了快速傅立叶变换过程中的泄漏误差,同时减少了实验所需要的仪器设备,降低了实验成本。本文采用OMA(Output-only Modal Analysis)方法对某型号驱动桥进行了模态参数识别,获取了相关的模态参数,同时给出了时域模态分析和有限元的计算结果的对比,证明了OMA方法在模态分析中是可靠的,所得的数据也为驱动桥的结构改进提供了参考依据。

Modal Analysis of Drive axle Using Time Domain Method Identification Based on OMA
Abstract:Time domain modal analysis is important in focus nowadays. Compare the frequency modal analysis, it need not transform time to frequency domain in the system, so it could avoid fast fourier transformation’s leakage error, reducing the required equipments and cost. This paper adopts Output-only Modal Analysis to the modal parameter identification for the drive axle, it can obtain the related parameters of the modal and compare time domain’s modal analysis with the finite element calculation results. It also prove OMA method in the modal analysis. It provided one helpful method for drive axle structure optimization by modal test.
