2024-T4铝合金搅拌摩擦焊搭接接头疲劳性能研究

摘要:搅拌摩擦焊是一种新型的固相连接技术,其焊后接头力学性能优良,尤其对于疲劳性能,搅拌摩擦焊接技术比传统的熔焊技术优势更加突出。本文以2024-T4铝合金为研究对象,对焊后接头进行疲劳试验,绘制接头的疲劳S-N曲线,对接头的疲劳性能进行研究,此外,本文还对对应力比以及焊接缺陷等对接头疲劳性能的影响作一定探讨。

Study on the fatigue behavior of friction stir welded lap joint of 2024-T4 aluminum alloy
Abstract:Friction stir welding is a solid state welding technique, which has excellent mechanical properties. For the fatigue property, the superiority of FSW is more obvious than fusion welding. In this paper we study the aluminum alloy of 2024-T4, By drawing S-Ncurve after welding, we research the fatigue property of the aluminum alloy.besides that, we also study some factors affecting the fatigue property ,such as stress ratio and weld defects.
