公路桥梁工程安全风险识别的综合法

摘要:结构形式、施工方法及建设条件的多样性是桥梁工程区别于其他基础设施工程的重要特征,在这三个多样性的影响下,每座桥梁可能面临的风险都不尽相同,这使得桥梁工程风险的识别较为复杂。桥梁工程风险识别的理论和方法尚不成熟,目前常用的风险识别方法有资料法、专家调查法(头脑风暴法、德尔菲法)、核对表法、事故树法、层次分析法等,利用这些传统的单一风险识别方法,不足以实现高效、准确地识别桥梁工程的风险。为了更好地进行桥梁工程风险的识别,本文开发了公路桥梁风险事故管理系统,并提出基于资料法、事故树法和安全检查表法进行公路桥梁风险识别的综合法,最后以某一实际的公路桥梁工程风险识别为例,来说明本文提出的识别方法和系统的应用及风险识别的过程。

Comprehensive Method on the Risk Identification of Highway Bridge Engineering
Abstract:The diversity of structure, construction method and conditions is of great importance of bridge engineering that is quite different from other infrastructure. Therefore, every bridge may face different risks, and this also makes the identification of risks in the bridge engineering more complicated. The theory and method of bridge engineering risk identification are still at the stage of exploratory research. Currently most common methods are data method, expert investigating method (brain-storm, Delphi method), check list method, fault tree method and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method, etc. The bridge engineering risk cannot be identified efficiently or accurately if just single traditional risk identification method is applied. In order to better identify the risk of bridge engineering, a risk accidents management system of highway bridges was de-veloped in this paper. Based on this system, a comprehensive method that combines data method, fault tree method and check list was also proposed in this paper. Taking an example of the risk identification of one highway bridge project, this paper illustrated the identification method, system application and the process of risk identification in the last part.
