TC4钛合金高能束流焊搭接接头组织与疲劳性能研究

摘要:本文对TC4钛合金高能束流(激光焊LBW和电子束焊EBW)搭接接头的疲劳性能进行了详细研究。通过对疲劳寿命进行线性拟合分析得出:激光焊对应N=2?106疲劳寿命下,疲劳强度为41.3MPa,而电子束焊接接头所对应的疲劳强度为39.7MPa;疲劳断口分析表明,不同焊接工艺对TC4钛合金焊接接头疲劳断裂特征的影响较大。激光焊接接头裂纹扩展区表面形貌粗糙,而电子束焊接头裂纹扩展区表面十分的平坦。瞬断区,激光焊接接头的断口形貌出现了许多韧窝,断裂为微孔积聚型断裂,而电子束焊接接头表现为脆性断裂。

Study on microstructure and fatigue propeties of high density beams welding lap joints of TC4 titanium alloy
Abstract:In this paper, fatigue propeties of high density beams welding lap joints (LBW and EBW)of TC4 titanium alloy was studied and investigated. The fatigue life analysis with linear fitting showed that the fatigue strength of lap joints of LBW is 41.3MPa corresponds to N=2?106 fatigue life, while the fatigue strength is 39.7 MPa. Fatigue fracture analysis showed that The different welding process of welded joints have clear effect on fatigue fracture characteristics of TC4 titanium alloy welded joints of high density beams welding.In fatigue crack expansion zone, the fracture of LBW joint is more rough than that of EBW joints.In transient crack zone, the SEM fractographs of fracture of LBW joint consisted of ductile voids. The fracture mechanism of LBW joint is gliding fracture through micropore gathering, while the fracture of BEW joint is brittle fracture.
