一个个体认知发展模型及其在教师专业成长中的应用

摘要:本文利用耗散结构理论、人工神经网络理论,结合教育、心理、文化等方面的理论,尝试建立了一个个体认知发展的模型。该模型与皮亚杰的儿童认知发展过程的阶段划分有一定的关联性。不过该模型也对成年人的成长阶段进行了划分,这可以对皮亚杰的认知发展理论进行补充和扩展。本文将成年人的认知发展阶段划分成了四个阶段,这四个阶段分别是成熟期、深度发展期、衰减期、稳定期。该模型在教师专业发展理论中有比较好的应用价值。按照该理论,我们可以将教师的专业成长过程划分成专业准备、专业成长、专业成熟、专业稳定这四个阶段。这四个阶段有自己的特点,本文对此进行了分析。

A Model of Individual Cognitive Development and its Application in Teachers Professional Growth
Abstract:In this paper tries to set up a model of individual cognitive development by using Dissipative structure theory, artificial neural network theory, combined with education, psychology, cultural theory. This model has a certain degree relevance with the model of the children\'s cognitive development stages in Piaget\'s theory. However, the model provides the stages division of the adult growth. It can be a complement and expanding of the Piaget\'s cognitive development theory. The cognitive development of adults can be divided into four stages, which are mature development stage, in-depth development stage, decay stage, stable stage. This model can be applied in the theories of teachers professional development. According to the model, we can divide the professional growth of teachers into four stages, which are the professional preparation, professional growing, professional maturity, professional stability. This paper analyses these four stages\'s characteristics.
