城市创新能力的动态仿真研究

摘要:目前,城市之间的竞争已经演变为城市间创新能力的竞争,研究城市创新系统的运作机理,对于提高城市创新能力,增强城市的竞争能力,促进城市可持续发展,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文采用因子分析法,利用SPSS13.0软件选取了7个指标,用以评价城市创新系统的创新能力,进而采用系统动力学方法,利用 Vensim PLE软件,以南京市为例建立理论模型,研究发现,教育投入、系统的创新效率、企业科技投入以及政府科技投入对城市创新产出影响显著,其中企业科技投入对创新产出影响大于政府科技投入对其的影响。据此,本文给出了提高城市创新能力的途径和办法。

Study on dynamic simulation of city innovation capacity
Abstract: At present, the competition among cities has evolved into the innovation competition among cities. To improve the urban innovation, enhance the competitiveness of the city and promote urban sustainable development, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the mechanism of urban innovation systems in operation. Following the Factor Analysis, this paper uses SPSS13.0 software to select 7 indicators to evaluate the innovation capacity of cities. And then taking Nanjing as an example, this paper establishes a theoretical model of urban innovation system following system dynamics method with Vensim PLE software. The results show that the educational investment, efficiency of the system, science and technology investment from enterprises and the government affect the innovation output significantly. And the enterprises impact on output is greater than the impact of the government. According to it, this article offers ways and methods to improve the innovation capacity of cities.
