冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体非线性滑移滞回模型研究

摘要:为了建立冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的恢复力模型,进行了4片3m×2.4m(高×宽)足尺冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的低周反复荷载试验,研究了组合墙体的破坏机理,得到了低周反复荷载作用下组合墙体的滞回曲线。将自攻螺钉的滑移和墙面板连接处的裂缝作为决定冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体滞回曲线形状的控制因素,采用Richard-Abbott曲线,建立了考虑强度退化、刚度退化和捏缩效应的三段式非线性滑移滞回模型。研究结果表明:模型拟合曲线与试验滞回曲线吻合较好。三段式非线性滑移滞回模型能全面地反映冷弯薄壁型钢结构组合墙体的滞回特征、模型表达式直观、各参数物理意义明确,所建立的模型可以用于冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的弹塑性时程反应分析。

RESEARCH ON THE NONLINEAR PINCHING HYSTERESIS MODEL OF SHEATHED COLD-FORMED STEEL STUD WALLS
Abstract:In order to eatablish a hysteresis model for sheathed cold-formed steel stud walls, four full-scale 3m×2.4m (height by width) specimens were tested under cyclic loading protocol. The failure mechanism was investigated, and hysteresis curves were obtained. We assume that the slip of self drilling screws and the crack of panels are controlling factors on hysteresis curves’ shape. Based on that hypothesis, the three-segment nonlinear pinching hysteretsis model, capable of representing strength deteroiration, stiffness deteroiration and pinching, was established, by using Richard-Abbott curve. Results show that simulated curves agree well with experimental results. The proposed three-segment nonlinear pinching hysteretsis model can represent the stud walls’hysteretsis behavior comprehensively, with intuitive mathematical expression and its parameters’clear physical meanings. Therefore, it can be used for nonlinear time-history analysis.
