硫酸盐对复合水泥混凝土的腐蚀研究

摘要:本文通过实验室自然状态干湿循环和加大硫酸盐浓度的方法来加速硫酸盐对混凝土的腐蚀。用超声波对测法对混凝土试块的声速进行定期测试,以相对动弹模来反映混凝土强度的变化趋势。通过两组不同条件的试验来说明氯离子的存在会影响硫酸根离子对混凝土的腐蚀;液面位置影响蒸发面的面积,而蒸发面处的腐蚀破坏现象比其他部位严重;水灰比越小受硫酸盐腐蚀程度越小;相同强度混凝土在不同阳离子的硫酸盐中其腐蚀程度和腐蚀破坏形态有所不同,其中硫酸钠的腐蚀程度较大。

The study on the sulfate corrosion of composite cement concrete
Abstract:In this paper, drying-immersion cycles in the natural situation and increasing the concentration of sulfate solution were used in the laboratory, in order to accelerate the sulfate corrosion of concrete. The ultrasonic speed of sound on the opposite face was tested by ultrasonic technique regularly in order to reflect the change of concretes strength with the relative elastic modulus. Though two groups of experiment which with different conditions to explain that the presence of chlorine ions affected the sulfate corrosion of concrete; the position of surface affected the evaporation surface area, and the damage of corrosion on the evaporation surface area was more serious than in other parts of the sample; the smaller ratio of the water-cement, the smaller those were corrosioned by sulfate; there were different failure modes occurred on the same strength concretes with different cation sulfate in corrosion, and the corrosion of sodium sulfate was particularly serious.
