大气压氦气介质阻挡放电的特性

摘要:进行了大气压氦气介质阻挡放电试验,得到了单脉冲和多脉冲辉光放电,测量了外加电压、回路电流和Lissajous图形,拍摄放电空间的ICCD短时曝光图像诊断放电模式,研究了大气压氦气辉光放电的特性,包括Lissajous图形、气隙的放电电压、放电电流、击穿场强、介质表面电荷以及气隙放电的伏安特性曲线。探讨了放电的物理过程、形成多脉冲的机理,以及用这些放电特性诊断放电模式的可行性。

Characteristics of dielectric barrier discharges in atmospheric helium
Abstract:Dielectric barrier discharges were carried out in helium at atmospheric pressure. Glow discharges, in which there is a single-pulse and a multi-pulse discharge current during the discharge process were observed. The applied voltage, loop current and Lissajous figure were measured and short exposure image for the discharge space was taken via a ICCD device. The characteristics including Lissajous figure, discharge voltage and discharge current across the gas gap, breakdown strength of the gas gap, dielectric surface charge and voltage-current characteristic were investigated.
