新型Fe@富勒烯的结构表征及磁性研究

摘要:为了制备一种新型的磁性靶向载体材料,拓展富勒烯在生物医学领域的研究应用,本文采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)在高温条件下宏量制备了一种新型的Fe@富勒烯。实验通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等测试方法对所得产物的结构进行了表征,并着重讨论了Fe@富勒烯作为靶向载体材料的磁性能。结果表明:采用CVD法制备的Fe@富勒烯纯度较高,粒径分布在100纳米左右;产物包裹的铁元素主要以铁单质和四氧化三铁的形态存在,这使其具备顺磁性能成为可能;VSM测试表明样品的饱和磁化强度为17.744emu/g,矫顽力553.86G,与包铁前的饱和磁化强度40.000×10-3emu/g和矫顽力162.80G相比,具有较好的顺磁性,为拓展Fe@富勒烯在磁性靶向载体材料方面的应用提供了重要的理论依据。

Investigation on Structrual Characterization and Magnetic Properties of Advanced Fe@fullerene
Abstract:Preparing a new type of magnetic material using for medicine carrier and developing the research application of fullerene in the fields of biomedicine, a kind of late-model Fe@fullerene was synthesized under high temperature by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) in this paper. The products have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction,X-ray photo electron spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).Results showed that the products are all Fe@fullerene of diameters less than 100nm.The iron elements included mostly exists in the metallic iron and Fe3O4 state, which make it possible for Fe@Fllerene to be a kind of paramagnetic body. VSM test indicated that the magnetization and coercivity of Fe@ fullerene are 17.744 emu/g and 553.86 G. In comparison with 40.000×10-3emu/g and 162.80G of fullerene without Fe Fe@fullerene has better magnetic property. All of the result provided theoretical foundation for the exploratory development in magnetic carrier materials in the future.
