中空纤维膜器中青霉素G的提取过程

摘要:以DOA-异辛醇-煤油为液膜相,Na2CO3溶液为反萃相,研究了在中空纤维膜器内进行的青霉素G的液膜提取过程。着重考察了聚丙烯和聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜对青霉素G的吸附作用,以及跨膜压差和膜丝性能稳定性等对中空纤维更新液膜过程传质性能的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯和聚偏氟乙烯膜对青霉素G的吸附作用很小,可忽略不计;在一定的操作范围内,跨膜压差对液膜过程的稳定性和传质性能没有影响;聚丙烯和聚偏氟乙烯膜在经多次液膜操作后仍可保持较好的膜丝性能,可维持液膜过程较好的稳定性和稳定的传质性能。在相同操作条件下的中空纤维更新液膜过程中,以聚丙烯膜作为支撑体时的传质效果要明显优于聚偏氟乙烯膜。

The extraction of penicillin G in hollow fiber modules
Abstract:The extraction of penicillin G in hollow fiber modules is conducted with DOA+iso-octanol+kerosene as liquid membrane phase and Na2CO3 aqueous solution as stripping phase by hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane (HFRLM). The absorption of penicillin G on the PP and PVDF membranes, and the effect of transmembrane pressure and properties of membranes on the mass transfer of HFRLM, were studied. The results show that the sorption capacities of PP and PVDF membranes are small; the effect on the mass transfer of HFRLM process could be neglect. The transmembrane pressure has almost no influence on the stability and mass transfer of liquid membrane process under ranges studied. The PP and PVDF hollow fiber modules can be reused with good stability and mass transfer performance. As the supports of HFRLM process, the mass transfer performance of PP is better than that of PVDF.
