基于商空间粒度计算的医学图像分割

摘要:将商空间粒度思想应用于医学图像分割领域,阐述了医学图像分割中的粒度原理,对医学图像分割问题进行商空间描述,并构造等价关系,提出了一种新的图像分割方法。根据图像在不同特征下的表现构造不同粒度下的商空间,然后根据商空间粒度合成原理对已得到的商空间进行属性合成,进而来完成图像分割。与采用单一属性特征的图像分割方法相比,该方法能够在更大程度上利用图像自身所提供的信息,取得更好的分割效果。

Medical CT image segmentation algorithm based on quotient space granularity computing
Abstract:Applying quotient space granularity thinking in medical CT image segmentation field, granularity principle in CT image segmentation is clarified, quotient space description is done for medical CT image segmentation, equivalent relation is constituted, and a new image segmentation method is proposed.Different quotient spaces are constituted according to different features under different granularities of image, then the two segmentation results are integrated based on granularity synthesis.With the attribute combination, image segmentation is accomplished.Compared with methods adopting single attribute feature, this method can make use of the image information with its own in a more effective way and achieve better segmentation effect.
