面向车间制造过程的知识管理运行模式及支撑技术的研究

摘要:为了实现知识管理与流程管理的有效整合,提高车间制造过程运行效率,本文在分析制造过程对知识管理的需求基础上,提出一种面向制造过程的知识管理运行模式,并从制造业务层、知识资源层、知识生产层和企业信息化支持层等四方面对知识管理模式进行详细研究。在此基础上,分析了基于本体的制造过程语义描述、知识表达等支撑技术。最后,结合一个应用案例,验证了该运行模式的可行性和有效性。

Knowledge Management Operation Mode and Supporting Technology for Manufacturing Process of Workshop
Abstract:There is no effective integration between knowledge management and process management in current modern workshop management. In order to deal with it and optimize the operation of business process, a knowledge management operation mode for manufacturing process of workshop was proposed based on the analysis of knowledge management requirement, and the operation mode was analyzed in detail on four levels of manufacturing business, knowledge resource, knowledge operation and relevant information systems. Based on above researches, some key technologies to realize the operation mode were studied in particular, including semantic description of manufacturing process and knowledge representation based on ontology technology. Finally, a case study was provided and the feasibility and effectiveness of the operation mode were demonstrated.
