三乙烯四胺改性Fe3O4/壳聚糖磁性微球吸附金属Ni2+

摘要:以戊二醛为交联剂,利用反相乳液分散-化学交联技术,制备粒径50-80 μm的Fe3O4/壳聚糖磁性微球,并考察它对Ni2+的吸附性能。通过三乙烯四二胺改性提高吸附剂氨基含量,再考察了改性磁性壳聚糖微球对Ni2+的吸附性能。结果表明,Fe3O4/壳聚糖磁性微球和改性磁性壳聚糖微球对Ni2+的吸附容量随Ni2+浓度的增加、pH值的增大以及温度的升高而加大,但是TMCS的吸附性能优于MCS的吸附性能。实验讨论了pH值、Ni2+浓度、温度这些因素对吸附性能的影响,得到了吸附Ni2+的最佳条件:pH≈5.5,初始Ni2+浓度为1500 mg/L,反应温度为40 ℃,并确定了Fe3O4/壳聚糖磁性微球的饱和吸附容量是9.40 mg/g,改性磁性壳糖微球的饱和吸附容量是14.18 mg/g。

Adsorption of Ni2+by Fe3O4/ Chitosan Magnetic Microspheres Modified with Triethylene Tetramine
Abstract:Fe3O4/ chitosan magnetic microspheres were prepared in a spherical form with a size range of 50 to 80 μm by the inverse phase emulsion dispersion and chemical cross-linking technique,using glutaraldehyde as a crosslinker, and the adsorption performance of the adsorbent toward Ni2+ was investigated. Then modified with Triethylene tetramine to increase the content of amine group of the adsorbent for use in the adsorption of heavy metal ion, and the adsorption of the modified chitosan microspheres toward Ni2+ was investigated. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of Fe3O4/ chitosan magnetic microspheres or the modified magnetic chitosan microspheres toward Ni2+ increased with the concentration of Ni2+,pH and temperature increasing , but the adsorption capability of TMCS was better than MCS. The experiment discussed that infection of the adsorption capability with the factors of the concentration of Ni2+,pH and temperature, and carried out the best condition of adsorption for Ni2+: pH≈5.5, the concentration of Ni2+ of 1500mg/L, the agitation temperature of 40℃, and make sure that the maximum adsorption capacity of Fe3O4/ chitosan magnetic microspheres of 9.4 mg/g for Ni2+ , the modified magnetic chitosan microspheres of 14.18 mg/g.
