基于四苯基乙烯衍生物聚集体构筑自组装功能膜及其在化学传感器中的应用

摘要:通过Suzuki偶联反应,将具有聚集诱导发光特性(AIE)的二溴取代四苯基乙烯溴(TPE-2Br)转化为二(3-羟基)苯基取代的四苯基乙烯(TPE-2PhOH)。通过荧光光谱验证了该产物具有强于TPE-2Br 的AIE特性。以其在体积比为1:9的THF和水混合溶剂中所形成的聚集体通过与联苯胺重氮盐在石英片基底上的静电层层自组装,成功得到了自组装薄膜,经过UV辐照以后,由于共价键的形成,有效提高了自组装膜的稳定性。实验结果表明:单层自组装薄膜对硝基化合物溶液(10-7mol/L)、固体以具有很好的荧光响应性,可以开发成为新型的化学传感器。

Fabrication of Layer-by-Layer Self-Assembled Films based on tetraphenylethylene derivants aggregates and Application as chemosensors
Abstract:Tetraphenylethylene derivants (TPE-2PhOH) with Two 3-hydroxylphenyl groups were synthesized between dibromo tetraphenylethene (TPE-2Br) with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and 3-hydroxylphenylboronic acid via Suzuki coupling reaction. Fluorescence spectrum analysis indicated that TPE-2PhOH is AIE property in mixture of THF and water, too. The aggregates of TPE-2PhOH formed in 10:90(v:v) mixture of THF and water were used to fabricate the layer-by-layer functional films with 4,4'-diphenyldiazonium salts by techniques of self-assembly. UV-Vis spectrum was used to monitor such process and indicated that the self-assembled multilayer films were successfully fabricated and the progressive assembly runs regularly with almost equal amounts of deposition in each cycle. Following decomposition of the diazonium group under UV irradiation, the interaction in the novel film was converted into covalent bond, which is very stable. The self-assembled monolayer based on TPE-2PhOH aggregates is very strong FL emission and can be used as selective chemosensors for the detection of nitroanilines' vapor.
