反距离权重插值因子对插值误差影响分析

摘要:反距离权重插值法(IDW)作为空间分析中插值的一种常用方法,被广泛的应用于各个领域的插值计算中。针对反距离权重插值法中涉及到权重、权重幂数及搜索半径等影响因子,选用实测样本数据研究其随着幂数的变化对单点插值结果的变化趋势以及对整体插值误差的影响,通过实验数据的计算和理论分析,发现各点的插值误差变化趋势各不相同,但权重的幂数越大,权值越小,则整体的单位权中误差也越大,从而整体精度越差;而随着搜索半径的增大,即数据点密度越大,得到的插值结果越好。因此,在不存在相同插值点的情况下,采用的样本数据密度越大,权重的幂数越小,得到的整体插值误差结果越好。

Inverse distance weighted interpolation factors analysis on the impact of interpolation error
Abstract:Inverse distance weighted interpolation method (IDW) interpolation as the spatial analysis of a commonly used method is widely used in various interpolation calculation fields.Account to the Weight,weight exponent and search radius factors in inverse interpolation method, sample data with the power measured was selected to research the changes trend of in the number of single-point interpolation and the results of the trend of the overall interpolation error. Through calculating experimental data and theoretical analysis, found that the interpolation error of each point changed differently, but the larger the weight\\\'s account,the greater the weight, then the overall error of unit weight was also greater. Thus the overall accuracy got worse. But with the search radius becoming greater such as data points got more thickness, the better the results obtained by interpolation. Therefore, in the case that it did not exist the same interpolation points, using a higher density sample data, a smaller weight, the overall interpolation error results were better.
