摘要:本文研究测定固体表面的润湿性的先进技术--动态接触角测试技术。对吊片法测试动态接触角的测试原理、影响测试结果的因素等进行了理论分析和实验检验,对特殊的测试曲线进行了分析,并结合长期的测试经验研究和设计了数据处理程序,为快速测试和了解材料表面的润湿性等性能提供了方便,尤其数据处理程序的设计使处理冗繁数据省时省力。本研究对快速、准确检测材料表面润湿性等表面性质有指导意义。

Analysis of impacts and design of data processing procedures of the Wilhelmy method to measure dynamic contact angle
Abstract:In this paper, an advanced solid surface wettability measurements technology, the dynamic contact angle measurement technique was studied. The theory and the impacts of the Wilhelmy method were carried out theoretical analysis and experimental test. The special measurement curves were analysized. With the long-term experience in research and test, the data processing procedures was designed, which shortened the data processing time greatly. This study had a big worth on analysis of solid surface properties such as wettability.
