液压张紧装置压力跟随控制工况下系统的分析

摘要:本文提出了一种新型的液压张紧装置电液比例控制系统。该系统采用了电液比例控制技术,将自动检测、实时修正等手段与液压系统结合起来,控制输送带张紧力。该系统不仅弥补了固定式、重锤式和自动式张紧装置的缺陷,而且满足了带式输送机对张紧装置的三个新要求。通过设计和分析,使张紧装置更及时准确地对输送带张紧力变化做出了响应,提高了带式输送机的工作效率和使用寿命,得出了带式输送机张紧力工作点之间转换过程可控的要求。

Analysis of electro-hydraulic proportional system of pressure follow control Condition
Abstract:This paper proposed a new type of electro-hydraulic proportional control system of belt conveyor hydraulic take-up device. This system used electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, and also it combined with automatic detection, real-time correction technology, all these can control the belt conveyor take-up device. The new requirements of belt conveyor take-up device can be appeased. Through the design and analysis, the device can response more timely and accurate,and the belt conveyor can be used long and works more efficient.
