不同浮选药剂用量钙、镁离子在煤泥水中的转移

摘要:浮选在选煤过程中占据着重要的地位,不管是捕收剂还是起泡剂,比以前已经有了很大的改善,但是从微观粒子转移上,还没有进行过深入探究。本文主要是模拟夹河选煤厂现场条件,通过加入不同量的浮选药剂对浮选过程中离子转移情况进行研究,通过实验可知,钙离子与镁离子的转移途径相反,钙离子在浮选过程中从溶液中的离子状态,转移到精煤上,而镁离子则从煤上转移到尾煤水中。通过对其吸光度的测定可知,部分离子是附着在尾煤上的,并随着尾煤水的沉降,离子浓度不断降低。

Abstract:The flotation in the coal preparation process occupies an important position, regardless of collector agent or foaming agent, than previously has been greatly improved, but the transfer from the micro-particles, has not had a thorough inquiry. This is to simulate field conditions Jiahe Coal Preparation Plant, by adding different amounts of flotation agents on the flotation process to conduct a study of ion transfer through the results demonstrate that calcium and magnesium ions in the opposite way to the transfer of calcium ions in the flotation process of ions from the solution state, transfer to the coal, while coal on the transfer of magnesium from the water to the tailings. Measured by its absorbance known, part of the ion is attached to the end of coal on, and as the settlement of the tailings water, continue to lower concentration.
