PVDF疏水膜的制备研究

摘要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)材料为研究对象,通过相转化法制备了PVDF疏水性膜,采用表面接触角测定等手段,考察了铸膜液中PVDF浓度、二氧化硅含量以及不同粗糙度表面对膜疏水性能的影响。结果表明,PVDF膜的疏水性随着PVDF浓度的下降而增加;二氧化硅填充量对膜的疏水性有重要影响;膜的疏水性随着表面粗糙度的增大而增强;在二氧化硅填充量为1%、PVDF浓度10%时,膜的接触角可达139 。

Preparation of hydrophobic PVDF Membrane
Abstract:PVDF hydrophobic membrane has been prepared by phase inversion method. The effects of concentration of PVDF, concentration of SiO2 , and different surface roughness on membrane surface hydrophobic (contact angle) has been conducted. The results showed that, hydrophobic ability of PVDF membranes decreased with the increasing concentration of PVDF. And different addition of SiO2 meant different hydrophobic abilities in different concentration of PVDF. Membrane surface hydrophobic ability increased with the increasing surface roughness. The contact angle of membrane is 139 with 1% of SiO2 concentration and 10% PVDF concentration.
