大众健美操有氧练习对肥胖女大学生脂质代谢及抗氧自由基的干预研究

摘要:目的:通过大众健美操有氧练习对湖南女子大学肥胖女大学生脂质代谢与抗氧自由基的影响,探讨大众健美操有氧练习对肥胖及相关疾病的防治作用。方法:选取肥胖女大学生60人,分成实验组、安静组;实验组进行8周大众健美操训练,每天45min。结果:(1)实验组肥胖女大学生8周后体重指数明显下降(p<0.01)。(2)实验组肥胖女大学生TG、LDL-C含量低于安静组,而HDL-C含量较高(P<0.05)。(3)实验组相对安静组LPL含量有升高的趋势但无显著性差异(P>0.05),而ApoE含量呈明显升高(P<0.01)。(4)实验组SOD含量显著性高于安静组,而MDA含量明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:8周大众健美操有氧运动有效降低肥胖女大学生体重;降低血脂含量,促进脂质代谢酶的活性;增强机体抗氧自由基的能力,清除机体脂质过氧化物,提高机体免疫能力,遏制机体氧化应激损伤;为减肥及其相关肥胖疾病的防治提供良方。

Intervention of Aerobics aerobic exercise on metabolism and antioxidant in Obese Female College students
Abstract:Objective: Through the aerobic exercise Aerobics, Hunan First Normal lipid metabolism in obese female college students and oxygen free radical effects of aerobic exercise Aerobics on obesity and related diseases in rats. Methods: 60 female college students in our hospital were divided into non-exercise control group, aerobic exercise group, exercise group Aerobics training for 8 weeks, every day 45min. Results: (1) obese female college students body mass index after 8 weeks significantly decreased (p <0.01). (2) aerobic exercise group female college students TG, LDL-C levels lower than the non-exercise control group, while HDL-C were higher (P <0.01 or P <0.05); aerobic exercise group fat content of female university TC lower than the trend of non-exercise control group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). (3) aerobic exercise group compared to non-exercise control group, the tendency to increase LPL levels but no significant difference (P> 0.05), while the ApoE content was significantly higher (P <0.01). (4) SOD aerobic exercise group was significantly higher than non-exercise control group, while MDA was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: 8 weeks of aerobic exercise Aerobics obese female college students reduce weight gain; significantly lower serum lipid content in obese female college students, the promotion of lipid metabolic enzyme activity enhance the body's ability to oxygen free radical, lipid peroxide removal, improve the immune capacity to contain oxidative stress injury; to lose weight and to provide prevention and treatment of diseases related to obesity remedy.
