几种饲用植物蛋白源微生物预处理研究进展

摘要:近年来,随着豆粕的价格逐渐增长,棉粕、菜粕等其它饲用植物蛋白源的使用量越来越大,但由于存在多种抗营养因子或毒素,一定程度上限制了它们的应用。本文综述了豆粕、棉粕、菜粕三种植物蛋白源的营养价值和存在的抗营养因子,以及去除抗营养因子的方法,着重对微生物发酵法去除抗营养因子的研究现状进行阐述,并展望其发展趋势和指出存在问题。

Progress of Microbial Pretreating Several Feeding-plant Protein Sources
Abstract:In recent years, with the gradual increasing of the price of soybean meal, the use of other feeding-plant protein sources is growing, such as cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal. Because of the anti-nutritional factors or toxin, the applications of them are limited to some extend. The nutritive components of three plant protein sources, anti-nutritional factors and ways of removing anti-nutritional factors are summarized, including soybean meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal. The research advances of microbial removing anti-nutritional factors are elaborated. Finally, prospect the developing trends and indicate the problems.
