污泥对高碱熟料烧成的影响

摘要:采用不锈钢冷轧脱水污泥参与高碱生料的配料,同时在不同温度下烧成熟料。采用甘油-乙醇法检测生料易烧性,通过XRD、SEM分析熟料矿物形成情况以及采用相应标准检测其物理力学性能,结果显示:在较低温度(1400℃)下,污泥可明显改善高碱生料易烧性;碱对水泥后期强度发展不利,但可以显著提高早期强度;污泥的掺入和煅烧温度的适当提高会显著增加系统液相量,这可显著抑制高碱对熟料形成的危害,所制得水泥的强度发展良好,值得指出的是污泥与温度对高碱试样快凝的改善效果不佳。

The action of sludge for burning of alkali clinker
Abstract: The research adopt stainless steel pickling bath sludge participate high alkali cement ingredient,while the clinkers were prepared at different temperatures.Then test the burnability by Alcohol- glycerin method,check the mineral and mechanical property by XRD / SEM and corresponding standard.The result showed that at a low temperature(1400℃) the sludge can improve alkali raw materal burnability noticeably;the alkali is disadvantageous to later compressive strength but is benefit for raising Initial strength;inaddition, both sludge and calcining temperature can increase the system liquid,which can restain the compromise of alkali.The development of compressive strength of production cement is preferred,but the setting time is still lack.
