举升缸缓冲装置设计与仿真分析

摘要:以矿车举升液压缸为研究对象,运用能量法进行液压缸的缓冲计算。在simulink仿真环境中进行仿真分析,在仿真过程中,把实际的模型进行等效转换,建立起仿真模型。通过对仿真结果的分析,验证了设计的正确性,为以后液压缸的设计和生产提供理论依据。

Design for the hydraulic lift cylinder's buffered device and simulation analysis
Abstract:As the researched object of this paper, the tub lift hydraulic cylinder was analyzed for its buffer calculation by using energy method. The research was taken under the simulate environment, which meant during the simulate process the conversion of the actual equivalent model was set up. The results of simulation analysis not only verify the correctness of the design, but also provide a theoretical basis for the design and production of hydraulic cylinders in the future.
