新型轻钢龙骨组合墙体轴压承载力分析

摘要:近年来,我国钢产量迅速增长,轻钢结构以其施工周期短,抗震性能好,绿色环保等优势,越来越多地运用于低层工业厂房和民用住宅。本文所要介绍的是一种新型的轻钢龙骨组合墙体,墙体的骨架由小桁架柱组成,小桁架柱通过标准V型连接件将两根方钢管连接在一起。V型连接件与方钢管的连接通过自攻螺钉实现,覆面墙体与小桁架柱的连接同样是通过自攻螺钉实现。本文首先通过能量法和势能驻值原理求解墙柱体系的屈曲荷载,再根据规范方法求解墙柱体系的极限承载力。

The Analysis of the Ultimate Axial Capacity of a New-type Light-gauge Steel Wall Stub
Abstract:In the recent years, by the rapid development of the steel productive, Steel has been more and more applied in civil engineering for its certain advantages such as short construction period, great performance in anti-seismic, environment-protection and so on. A new type of light-gauge steel wall stub will be introduced. The skeleton of this new type structure system is composed of two light-gauge steel tubes and the tubes are connected with special standard V clips by the self tapping screws. The walls are also connected with the skeleton by the self tapping screws. Furthermore, energy law is used to calculate the buckling load of the structure system, and then the ultimate axial capacity is calculated according to the Code of Cold-formed Steel.
