变形速率对HPS485wf钢动态再结晶影响的模拟

摘要:采用热模拟压缩实验、热-力耦合刚塑性有限元和动态再结晶唯象模型相结合的方法,模拟了热压缩变形速率对HPS485wf桥梁钢内部动态再结晶状态及其变化的影响。结果表明:提高变形速率时,强动态再结晶区动态再结晶发生程度单调减小,而其余区域动态再结晶发生程度随变形不同而呈现非单调性变化;晶粒细化程度随变形速率增大而普遍提高。

Simulation for strain rate on dynamic recrystallization in HPS485wf steel
Abstract:Integrated with hot compression tests, dynamic recrystallization phenomenological models and thermo-mechanical coupled finite element method, the effects of strain rate on dynamic recrystallization in HPS485wf steel were simulated. The results show that with increasing strain rate, the level of dynamic recrystallization decreases monotonically in intensive dynamic recrystallization zone, while these in other deformation zone vary nonmonotonically. Furthermore, the level of grain refinement increases with increasing strain rate.
