颗粒粒径分布的遗传算法研究

摘要:颗粒检测的应用深入到人类生活生产的各个方面,本文主要研究利用光散射法来测 量颗粒的尺寸分布,介绍了基本的颗粒测量方法,总结了各种测量方法的优缺点和发展趋势。阐述了光散射的基本原理,并在此基础上建立了一个反问题模型,推导出颗粒粒径表达式。利用遗传算法工具箱间接求取颗粒粒径分布的方法。首先根据基本的建模方程写出M文件,即得到粒径跟光强的关系,并将其转化为求解最优化问题的模型,然后借助MATLAB自带的遗传算法工具箱求取目标函数的极小值,从而得到颗粒粒径原始和反演分布曲线。仿真结果表明遗传算法在解决粒径分布反演问题上具有较好的抗噪声能力,对粒径分布参数不敏感,编程简单,易于实现数值模拟。

A research on particles size and concentration distribution detection of genetic algorithm
Abstract:Application of particle detection down to all aspects of the production of human life,this paper studies the use of light scattering to measure volume particle size distribution, introduces the basic methods of particle measurement, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various measurement methods and trends. Described the basic principles of light scattering, and on this basis, established a counter-question model, the expression derived particle size.Firstly, according to the basic physical equations, M file is written in Matlab. So objective function of particle size distribution is derived, and converted into optimized model. Secondly, minimum objective function is obtained by genetic algorithm toolbox with MATLAB. Lastly, particle size distribution curve is drawn. Simulation results indicate that GA has good anti-noise ability in inversing particle size distribution, unsensitive, simple programming and easy to implement numerical simulation.
