变形温度对HPS485wf钢动态再结晶影响的模拟

摘要:采用热模拟压缩试验、热-力耦合刚塑性有限元和动态再结晶唯象模型相结合的方法,模拟了热压缩变形温度对HPS485wf桥梁钢内部动态再结晶状态及其变化的影响。结果表明:样品的动态再结晶发生程度和晶粒总体细化程度随变形温度的增加而加强;较大变形时,中心区域发生完全动态再结晶,晶粒细化处于稳定状态且与温度无关。

Simulation for effects of deformation temperature on dynamic recrystallization in HPS485wf steel
Abstract:The effects of deformation temperature on dynamic recrystallization in HPS485wf steel were simulated by combining hot compression tests, dynamic recrystallization phenomenological models and thermo-mechanical coupled finite element method. The results show that the level of dynamic recrystallization and the overall degree of grain refinement enhance with increasing deformation temperature. At large strains, the central zone of deformed sample is fully recrystallized and the grain refinement reaches steady state, independent of deformation temperature.
