火电厂直接空冷凝汽器传热与流动性能实验研究

摘要:电站直接空冷系统凝汽器单元的凝结能力主要与其核心元件--蛇形翅片扁平管的散热能力有关。本文针对某公司提供的直接空冷系统所使用的扁平管蛇形翅片,在风洞实验段内进行传热及流动性能测试。通过传热和流动性能的测试得出努塞尔数Nu及f因子随雷诺数Re变化的关系曲线,并拟合了努塞尔数Nu及f因子随雷诺数Re变化的关系准则式。并通过可视化实验得到了其管后空气的流动图片。

experimental study on the heat transfer and flow performance in direct air-cooled condenser of power plant
Abstract:The condensation capacity of condenser unit of air-cooled condenser system in power station is mainly related with heat transfer ability of its core component--the flat wave-finned tube. In this paper, heat transfer and flow performance tests of the flat wave-finned tube used in power plant which is provided by a company were carried out, in the wind tunnel test section. The curve of the changes in Nu and f with Re for the flat wave-finned tube was presented and the correlation expression was obtained by the heat transfer performance test. And the pictures of air flow in the back of the fin-tube are obtained by visible experiment.
