钙池操纵的钙进入在肿瘤细胞中的作用

摘要:钙池操纵的钙进入(store-operated Ca2+ entry, SOCE)存在于广泛类型的细胞中,调控着细胞内钙内存和细胞外钙离子库之间的动态平衡,在细胞的多种生理过程如生长、发育、衰老、凋亡及细胞运动等过程中都起着重要的作用。近年来随着钙池操纵的钙通道(store-operated Ca2+ entry channel, SOCs)构成分子STIM1与Orai1的发现,SOCE在肿瘤进展中的作用受到越来越多的重视。本文将重点对SOCE在肿瘤细胞生长、抗凋亡,迁移及免疫逃逸中的研究进展进行回顾,并对其在肿瘤治疗中的进一步研究方向进行展望。

The function of store-operated calcium entry in tumor cells
Abstract:Store-operated Ca2+ entry exists in various types of cells to control the Ca2+ homeostasis between intracellular Ca2+ store and extracellular Ca2+ reservior and plays an important role in many physiological processes including cell growth, development, ageing, apoptosis and movement et al. The function of SOCE has been demonstrated to paly an important role in the progression of tumors, especially with the discovery of STIM1 and Orai1, the key components of SOCs in recent years. This article reviews the role of SOCE in the growth, anti-apoptosis, migration and immune evasion properties of tumor cells and prospects the possibility of using SOCE as an effective target for tumor therapy.
