硅烷偶联剂KH-550对钾离子筛的表面改性研究

摘要:采用硅烷偶联剂对钾离子筛进行了表面改性,考察了偶联剂用量,反应时间和温度对钾离子筛表面接枝率的影响,并通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对钾离子筛改性前后进行了结构表征。结果表明,KH-550能够成功地对钾离子筛进行表面改性,最佳改性条件为:偶联剂用量为60wt%,改性温度为110℃,改性时间为5h。在此条件下,改性钾离子筛的接枝率为3.5%。

Surface Modification of Potassium Ionic Sieve by Silane Coupling Agent KH-550
Abstract:In this paper, the surface modification of potassium ionic sieve was realized with silane coupling agent KH-550. The effects of silane coupling agent dosage, reaction time and temperature on surface grafting ratio were studied. The potassium ionic sieve was characterized respectively by SEM and FT-IR spectra before and after modification. The results showed that KH-550 can modificate potassium ionic sieve successfully. The optimal surface modifiction conditions are obtained as follows: 60wt% KH-550 and coupling at 110℃ for 5h. Surface grafting ratio of potassium ionic sieve obtained is 3.5% under these conditions.
