多硫化铁催化剂对胜利煤与生物质共液化反应影响的研究

摘要:以FeCl3、Fe2(SO4)3、Fe(NO3)3和Na2S3为原料,以炭黑为载体,合成了多种硫铁化物作为胜利煤与木屑共液化的催化剂,分别考察了催化剂制备的担载率、铁源对催化剂性能的影响,在此基础上详细讨论了煤与生物质共液化催化反应的特性。结果表明:FeCl3做为铁源在40%担载比率时,油产率最高为53.3%,转化率为94.9%。三种铁源制成的担载多硫化铁催化剂在铁担载比率超过30%以上气产率会有显著提高,抑制了油产率。

Sulfur Ferric catalysts for the co-liquefaction of Shengli lignite and biomass at in a research
Abstract:Solts of FeCl3, Fe2(SO4)3, Fe(NO3)3 and Na2S3, to the Carbon Black for the carrier, were employed as feedstock for synthesis of a series of Sulfur Ferric catalysts for co-liquefaction of Shengli lignite and biomass. The effects of crucial factors, such as loading rate, the source of iron, on performance of the catalysts were investigated, by utilizing co-liquefaction performance primary parameter. The results indicate that, the Fecl3 as 40% is the source of iron to us, the rate of rate for highest 53.3%, conversation is 94.9%. Three iron source of iron sulfur more loads are a catalyst for us to take in more than 30% above the rate of rate was a marked increase, checked oil yields rate.
