摘要:90 年代以来又将神经网络技术用于染色体的核型分类与自动识别, 染色体的自动分类与识别技术有了很大的提高, 得到了长足的发展,利用染色体的几何参数, 即相对长度、面积、着丝点指数等进行的几何分类器。得到一副染色体图像,先进行初期处理,图像增强和取出噪声,进行二值化后再分割。提取单个染色体的特征进行参数比对,分别识别出对应的染色体。图像分割技术在图像工程中的地位是不可替代的,它是图像处理和图像分析之间的关键步骤,也是进行更高级的技术的基础.图像分割却是图像工程中的难点,一方面是图像分割至今没有通用理论,也没有适用于不同类型图像的通用算法,判断算法优缺点的标准也没有得到统一.另一方面,图像分割的根本目的是图像理解,可是图像分割往往需要经过图像理解后得到的知识给予指导.本文主要研究了染色体的分割,采用HIS转换后对其分别进行分割,然后再融合的方法提取染色体。这种方法更大程度上减小了分割的误差,为后续的染色体识别匹配打下基础。

The image division is actually in the image project difficulty, On the one hand is the image division does not have the general theory until now, also has not been suitable for the different type image universal algorithm, the judgment algorithm good and bad points standard has not obtained the unification. On the other hand, the image division's primary purpose is the image understood, but the image division often needs after the image to understand obtains the knowledge gives the instruction. This article has mainly studied the chromosome division, after using HIS transforms, to it carries on the division separately, then fuses again method extraction chromosome. In this method greater degree reduced the division error, builds the foundation for the following chromosome recognition match.
