摘要：在某些特定环境中，如需要进行视频压缩的终端设备运算能力有限，或某些多视点的视频压缩中，可采用分布式视频编码（DVC）方式进行视频压缩，以节省终端资源。但DVC的解码现阶段来讲仍比较复杂，所以只能在传输环节中使用中间服务器来进行码流的转换以适应下行服务的需求。本文介绍了一个包含了编解码端以及转码模块的完整DVC系统的设计。

Abstract：In certain environments, for example, when the computing power of the encoder is limited, or in the multi-view video compression environment, it can use distribution video coding (DVC) for video compression, in order to save the encoder resources. However, the decoding stage to DVC is still complex, so the system need a net server to conversion the code stream(transcode)to fit the requirement of downstream services. And this article describes a complete DVC system, which contains the encoder, decoder, and transcoder.
