摘要:无线Mesh网络应用范围及其广泛,而无线Mesh网络路由协议研究主要集中在路由发现和路由维护机制方面。通过将物理层的功率参数引入到AODV路由协议机制中,能够使AODV路由协议在路由判据和路由维护方面更加符合网络传输时的实时状态要求。通过HELLO包定时广播节点功率信息,AODV路由协议能够动态掌握网络中传输节点状态信息,并且及时发现更为优化的路由路径,从而切换到新的路由路径上。该设计方案能够实现网络传输路径中的节点发生急剧变化时,及时切换路径,保证了网络传输质量和系统吞吐量。

Improvement of AODV for Wireless Mesh Network
Abstract:In this paper Wireless Mesh Network is a promsing broadband wireless network technology for numerous applications. Study of routing protocol for Wireless Mesh Network is mainly about route discovery and route maintenance mechanisms. Improvement was made to make AODV routing protocol more suitable to enhance network performance by considering the power of nodes in PHY layer. The improved AODV protocol can know the state of all nodes in the network by boardcasting HELLO packets in a certain period of time. Then it can find better routes and switch the routes for some traffics of the network. The solution ensures system throughput by that way, and make network transmission more stable.
