活性炭材料改性及其对羰基化合物吸附效果的研究

摘要:本文从改变活性炭表面官能团的角度研究了活性炭的改性。采用酸、碱和壳聚糖等物质对活性炭进行了改性处理,研究了改性前后活性炭表面官能团的变化情况,发现活性炭表面碱性基团的变化与乙醛的吸附效果呈现明显的相关性。用壳聚糖和硫酸铜改性制备得到对乙醛具有明显吸附效果的改性活性炭,其对乙醛的吸附效果较原始活性炭增加41.9%。

Study on Modification of Activated Carbon Materials and its Adsorption of Carbonyl Compounds
Abstract:In this paper, the modification of surface functional groups on activated carbon was studied. The activated carbon was modified by acids, alkali, chitosan and other substances. The changes of surface functional groups were studied before and after modification. A significant correlation was found between the alkali functional groups and the adsorption efficiency of acetaldehyde. After modification by chitosan and CuSO4, activated carbon can adsorb acetaldehyde obviously. Compared with the original carbon, its adsorption efficiency has improved by 41.9%
