无人机项目综合评价方法研究

摘要:近年来,我国无人机在迅猛发展的同时也暴露出一系列问题, 其中一个非常重要的原因是对无人机项目综合评价工作缺乏系统深入的研究。本文对无人机项目综合评价方法展开研究,针对传统模糊决策方法的不足,提出了基于模糊集重心的无人机项目综合评价法。该模糊集重心的评价方法,对指标进行模糊区间打分,有利于专家更充分、准确地表达其测评意见,数据处理和综合评价方法符合无人机项目评价特点。

Research of Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Military UAV Project
Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of military UAV also exposed a series of problems. One very important reason is lacking of systematic study during the evaluation of military UAV project. This article launches the research to comprehensive evaluation method of the military unmanned aerial vehicle project, in view of the traditional fuzzy decision-making method's insufficiency, proposes comprehensive evaluation method of military unmanned aerial vehicle project based on the fuzzy set center of gravity. This fuzzy set center of gravity's assessment method carries on the fuzzy sector allocation to the target, which is beneficial to the experts more fully and accurately express its evaluation opinions. The data processing and the comprehensive evaluation method conform to the unmanned aerial vehicle project assessment characteristics.
