生产单元不同合作方式下学习效应仿真研究

摘要:为了比较不同合作方式下生产单元中操作者的学习效应,利用Agent和仿真技术建立了生产者主体行为模型并将其集成到生产系统中,实现了生产单元人人合作仿真。从操作者技能学习及主体合作过程两个方面对生产系统人人合作仿真方法进行了研究。以某摩托车发动机自治生产单元为工程背景,详细验证了操作者智能主体构建方法,并设计了人人指定合作和自主合作的对比试验,比较了不同合作方式下操作者的学习效应。结果表明,自主合作方式下操作者的学习效应更为明显,可以有效提高生产单元组织柔性。

Simulation of cooperation learning effects in Production Cells
Abstract:In order to compare the learning effects of operators in different cooperation ways in the production cells, producer behavior model is established by using Agent and simulation technology, integrated it into production systems and realized the human cooperation simulation of production cells. In terms of operator skills learning and cooperation processes, human cooperation simulation method for production systems is studied. In an autonomous engine production cell of motorcycle, the method of building intelligent agent model is applied and verified. The experiment of designated cooperation and free collaboration is designed and the learning effects of operators are compared. The result dictates that the learning effect of operators in free collaboration is significant, and it is good for improving the organization flexibility of production cells.
