三维可压缩流场MPI+OpenMP混合并行算法及应用研究

摘要:在多核CPU集群并行体系结构下,采用MPI+OpenMP的混合并行算法,对高速可压缩流场进行数值模拟,并在计算时间上与MPI算法进行比较。流场计算的控制方程为Euler方程,空间离散采用Jameson中心差分格式,时间离散采用R-K法,并行模式采用Master/Slave模式。通过对M6机翼和某弹丸采用单节点和多节点两种模式进行流场的数值模拟,得出MPI+OpenMP混合算法在一定条件下具有高效性的结论。

MPI+OpenMP Hybrid Parallel Algorithm Application Reserch on Three-dimensional Compressible Flow Field
Abstract:Simulate the high-speed compressible flow field based on the multi-core CPU cluster parallel structure by using MPI+OpenMP hybrid parallel algorithm,and compare the computational time with MPI algorithm. Euler Equation is applied on the government equation of the flow field computaion,Jamson central difference is applied on the scheme of the spatial discretisation,R-K method is applied on the temporal discretisation,Master-slave mode is applied on the parallel mode.Simulate the flow field of M6 wing and one kind of projectile in one node mode and in serveral nodes mode,get the conclusion that MPI+OpenMP hybrid parallel algorithm would be more effencient under certain conditions.
