金属离子催化电化学脱除煤中有机硫

摘要:以NaCl溶液为电解质溶液,分别添加不同的金属离子,探讨其对电化学脱除煤中有机硫过程的催化效果。首先通过正交试验确定较适宜的电化学脱硫条件;以脱硫率和精煤产率为指标,在此较适宜条件下,综合比较了Cu2+、Sn2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Fe2+和Mn2+六种金属离子随时间变化对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:时间是制约有机硫脱除率的重要因素,较适宜的电化学脱硫条件为NaCl浓度为1.0 mol/L,电压为2 V,电解时间为3 h,煤浆浓度为60 g/L;金属离子对煤中有机硫的电化学脱除具有显著的催化效果,其中,Fe2+和Mn2+是较好的金属离子催化剂,对应有机硫脱硫率和精煤产率分别为:30.6%、34.2%和79.6%、74.8%。

Removal of Organic Sulfur from Coal by Electrolysis with Metal ions Catalysis
Abstract:The effect on organic sulfur removal from coal of metal ions by electrolysis in an aqueous NaCl solution was studied. Firstly, The optimum reaction conditions on electrochemical desulfurization were investigated through orthogonal experiments.Take the desulfurization rate and the clean coal yield as indicators. The effect of six metal ions(Cu2+、Sn2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、Fe2+and Mn2+)on organic sulfur removal with reaction time was compared, under the optimum reaction conditions. The results indicated that time is an important factor to organic sulfur desulfurization and the optimum reaction conditions were: the electrolysis voltage, the electrolysis time ,the coal and NaCl concentrations are 2 V, 3 h, 60 g/L and 1.0 mol/L, respectively; metal ions have significant catalytic effect on the removal of organic sulfur from coal by electrolysis, Fe2+and Mn2+ are the better metal ion catalyst than the other ions, corresponding to organic sulfur desulfurization ratior and the clean coal yield were as follows: 30.6%, 34.2% and 79.6%, 74.8%.
