SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析在离心式高压冷水机组中的应用

摘要:依据某空调制冷公司提供的设计图纸利用SolidWorks设计软件首先对某离心式高压冷水机组建立三维几何模型,然后将其导入到SolidWorks软件的仿真插件SolidWorks Simulation中,根据分析需要对机组模型进行有效简化、施加载荷、添加约束、网格划分等前处理,对离心式高压冷水机组进行静力学有限元分析,通过对机组的应力、变形、安全系数等后处理结果的分析,得出应力强度、安全性能等结论,并提出一些改进建议,为同类产品的设计生产提供设计依据,同时也为近似产品进行有限元分析提供可借鉴的方法和经验。

The Application of SolidWorks Simulation Finite Element Analysis in Voltage Centrifugal Chillers
Abstract:Abstract: Based on design drawings provided by an Air Conditioning Refrigeration Company, construct a three dimensional geometry mode of voltage centrifugal chillers with application of SolidWorks software and then do finite element statics analysis of voltage centrifugal chillers after importing it to the simulation plug-in solidworks simulation of this software. Through the analysis of the results, this paper puts forwards some improved suggestions to provide referential experiences for the design and production of similar products.
