圆锥破碎机虚拟样机参数化建模与仿真分析

摘要:为在设计阶段提高破碎机机械结构运转性能,基于圆锥破碎机的主设计参数,结合Adams软件的建模语言,提出圆锥破碎机虚拟样机参数化建模的方法,通过参数化类型和约束类型表达模型元素之间的关联关系。仿真分析参数化模型得到不同工况的动锥自转转速信息以及关键运动副的动力学信息,为其工作性能评价提供依据并为下一步的有限元分析提供数据支持。最后以PYG1100型圆锥破碎机为例,进行参数化建模和仿真结果分析,验证模型的有效性和可靠性。

Virtual Prototype Parameterized Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Cone Crusher
Abstract:In order to improve mechanical structure operational performance of crusher in design stage, a method of cone crusher virtual prototype parameterized modeling was proposed which based on the main parameter of cone crusher and combined with Adams modeling language, express relationship between elements by parameterized types and constraint types. Meanwhile, simulate the generated parameterized model to obtain mantle rotation speed information and key moving pairs' kinetic information in different working conditions, those data would support the evaluation of cone crusher performance and the following finite element analysis. Finally, set PYG1100 cone crusher as an example, parameterized modeling and simulation analysis to verify the validity and reliability of the model.
