Co3O4空心微球的制备及其磁性研究

摘要:本文以碳小球为模板,经乙酸钴溶液充分浸渍后,在空气中高温煅烧得到目标产物。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等技术对产物进行了分析表征。结果表明该样品是由20 nm左右的小颗粒组成的空心微球,常温下呈现磁学各项异性,矫顽力为64.458 G。

Preparation and Magnetic Behavior of Co3O4 Hollow Microspheres
Abstract:In this work, a simple and green technique, sacrificed carbon spheres template method had been developed to prepare Co3O4. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the Co3O4 are hollow microspheres with diameter ca 300 nm integrated by small particles of 20 nm and its coercivity value is 64.458 G. The formation mechanism of the sample was also discussed.
