迈步式液压金属模板的优化设计

摘要:介绍了我国立井筑壁模板的发展历程及现状,阐述了迈步式液压金属模板在立井井壁施工中的优越性;为了让模板上下部分立模、脱模同步进行以及实现模板在井筒内的平稳迈步,对其金属模板部分、迈步装置部分进行了优化设计,采用的液压同步增力机构能够很好的解决模板立、脱模同步问题,通过迈步装置的伸缩机构和迈步机构可以很好的保证模板的平稳迈步;针对其运行特征及井壁施工工况要求,研究设计了一套液压系统,使其运行可靠,操作方便,节省劳动力。

Optimized design of the moving hydraulic metallic template
Abstract:Introducing the development and the current status of the template which is used to build the shaft wall. Described the superiority of the moving hydraulic metallic template in the shaft wall construction; In order to make the upper and lower parts of the template shuttering and demoulding simultaneously and the template in the wellbore moving smoothly, the optimization of design its metallic template and moving device, using the hydraulic synchronous force mechanism can well solve the problem of the template shuttering and demoulding simultaneously, through the moving device's telescopic mechanism and moving bodies can ensure the template moving smoothly;Considered its running characteristics and the work conditions in the shaft wall construction, I researched and designed a hydraulic system to make it reliable, easy operation, saving labor.
