病原真菌Fusarium solani 代谢产物对西洋参种子萌发的影响研究

摘要:目的 为了揭示病原真菌与西洋参内在的化学关系,解决生产中西洋参病害严重和连作障碍等问题,研究西洋参根腐病的常见、多发病菌茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)的代谢产物对西洋参种子萌发的影响。方法 采用固体发酵法对茄病镰刀菌进行发酵培养,用有机溶剂提取其代谢产物,西洋参种子发芽抑制试验测定茄病镰刀菌代谢物的毒性。结果 F. solani固体发酵产物对西洋参种子胚根的生长有明显的抑制作用,并呈现浓度依赖性,主要抑制活性产物集中在石油醚萃取部位。结论 茄病镰刀菌对西洋参有明显潜在的化感作用。

Metabolites of Fusarium solani toxins on the seed germination of American ginseng
Abstract:Objective To reveal the chemical relationship between American ginseng and it's pathogenic fungi, and solve serious disease and replanting difficulty of American ginseng, study on the metabolites of Fusarium solani toxins on the seed germination of American ginseng. Methods The metabolites of Fusarium solani using solid fermentation and organic solvent extraction, bioassays were performed by American ginseng seed germination inhibition test. Results Ther was significantly inhibition that the solid fermentation products of F. solani on radicle growth of American ginseng seeds in a concentration-dependent manner, and the main products of inhibitory activity concentrated in the petroleum ether extraction site. Conclusion There was significant potential allelopathic effects of Fusarium solani on American ginseng.
