拼焊板强度系数比对综合强度比的影响规律

摘要:综合强度比反映了拼焊板母材板厚变化差异、材料性能差异及硬化效应,能有效地评价拼焊板在成形过程中母材综合性能差异,而强度系数是影响综合强度的一个重要因素。基于拼焊板综合强度比及本构关系,在三种典型变形状态下,采用有限元、实验和解析法比较分析了强度系数比对拼焊板综合强度比的影响规律及强度系数比随弱板等效应变的变化规律。结果表明,在拼焊板成形过程中,随着弱侧等效应变增大,综合强度比升高。当弱侧等效应变相同时,综合强度比随着强度系数比增大而增大。且在平面应变状态下,变化速率最大,双向拉伸状态下次之,单向拉伸状态下最小。

Effect of strengthen coefficient ratio on integrated strength ratio for tailor welded blanks forming
Abstract:Integrated strength ratio reflects the change difference of the base metal thickness and material properties of tailor welded blanks (TWBs), as well as the hardening effect. Strengthen coefficient is an important factor affecting integrated strength ratio which can evaluate the comprehensive properties difference of the base metals effectively. Based on the strengthen coefficient ratio and the constitutive relationships of TWBs, the effect of strengthen coefficient ratio on integrated strength ratio was studied, as well as the dynamic change law of the integrated strength ratio in forming TWBs in the three representative strain state by finite element , theory method and experiment investigation. The results show that integrated strength ratio increases with the increase of the equivalent strain of the weaker side of TWBs. When the equivalent strain was given, the larger strength coefficient ratio, the higher integrated strength ratio is. The rate of integrated strength ratio along with strength coefficient ratio is highest in plane strain state, biaxial stretching strain state less, and tensile strain state the least.
