天然免疫及其相关细胞信号转导研究进展

摘要:哺乳动物在长期的进化过程中产生了两种免疫机制来抵御病原微生物的入侵:天然免疫(innate immunity)和获得性免疫(acquired immunity)。作为生物体抵抗外源微生物侵染的第一道防线,天然免疫系统通过机体的模式识别受体(pattern-recognition receptor, PRRs) 对病原相关分子模式(pathogen-associated molecular patterns,PAMPs)识别进而激活不同的信号通路,启动机体免疫应答。通过介绍天然免疫反应,各种类型模式识别受体及相关信号通路的研究进展,总结了目前天然免疫研究现状, 并在此基础上对天然免疫的研究和应用前景进行了分析讨论, 以期对进一步研究提供参考。

Advances in innate immunity and related cell signal
Abstract:Mammalians have developed two immune systems during the long-term evolution to fight against the invasive pathogens, namely innate immunity and acquired immunity. As the first line of defense against pathogenic microorganisms, innate immune responses are initiated by pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) recognizing specific germline-encoded pattern recognition receptors (PPRs). Then downstream signaling pathways were activated. By introducing the innate immune response, various types of pattern recognition receptors and relevant signaling pathways, the author summarized and discussed the current research status and application prospects of innate immunity in order to provide references for further study.
