水导激光加工技术现状分析

摘要:水导激光加工是一种微细水射流引导激光束进行加工的先进加工技术。本文分别从加工机理、加工装备和加工工艺方面对水导激光技术的发展现状进行了综合评述。这项加工技术已从加工表面质量、加工区域机械性能和加工效率等多个角度体现出其优异的加工品质,但是在理论研究方面显得匮乏,尤其是与材料作用机理和与水射流之间的作用研究尚处于初级阶段,工艺试验研究仍有许多探索空间。水导激光加工技术是一项具有着旺盛的生命力和勃勃的生机的新型加工方法。

ANALYSIS OF THE PRESENT STATUS ON WATER-JET GUIDED LASER PROCESSING
Abstract:Water-jet guided laser machining technology is referred to as a variable-length water optical waveguide for material processing. The development Status of the water-jet guided laser processing technology is reviewed in the processing mechanism, processing equipment and processing technology . The quality of its excellent processing has been demonstrated in many ways such as surface quality, mechanical properties within processing areas and processing efficiency, etc. However, theoretical studies are scarce, in particular, the interaction mechanism of the laser and the material is still in its infancy, processing research is still a lot of exploration of space. Water-jet guided laser processing technology is proved to be a kind of new processing method with the exuberant vitality.
